**Tasks **and responsibilities**- Operational support and advisory to the Global Security Leader- Ensure compliance with the policy and strategy of Global Security- Provide operational support in the evaluation, development, and execution of site security strategies- Perform as a Point of Contact to the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) Program and lead its implementation within the company in Mexico, with a view to informing similar process for the Client in the USA and Brazil- Direct contracted security personnel and security subcontractors, ensuring they consistently meet project contracts and deadlines- Lead the preparation of site security survey plans, security assessments, transport auditing, and training programs for personnel- Assist in required Security Investigations- Monitor the response to local security incidents, including crisis management and emergency response- Provide periodical intelligence reports and assessments as required by the Client- Liaison with government authorities such as, Army, Navy, National Guard, Immigration, State and Local Police at BC state- Other tasks than may arise from daily operation with the Client**Requirements**:**Essential**- Demonstrated knowledge of Mexico security environment and risk mitigation programs (including CTPAT & AEO)- At least 15 years' experience in a security role (including experience in the private sector)- Experience in physical security, supply chain security, incident investigation and intelligence and crisis management- Experience with guard force management and recruitment- Advanced use of Microsoft office tools- Advanced working knowledge of English- Leadership and management skills- Interpersonal communication and team-building**Preferred**Master's degree (or equivalent)- Minimum 10 years' experience in corporate security (with at least 5 in Mexico)- Experience working for a transnational company- ASIS (CPP or PSP), ISO 28000 / 31000- Former military or police with minimum 10 years of private sector experience- Previous post as manager for corporate security with country-wide risk management duties- Working knowledge of project management and planning**Benefits**- 12 months contract- Private Health Insurance- Paid Time Off (15 days per year)- Training & Development
