Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS**- Organize all aspects of site security to support, develop and maintain security standards for the protection of personnel and property, including the physical protection level of structural elements and supporting technical systems (local implementation of corporate security policies).- Consulting and training local management and personnel concerning security matters related to threats and risks at the local facility and immediate vicinity- Preparation, implementation, and updating the site security concept in accordance with corporate guidelines- The implementation of crisis management policy in regards of security and emergency management factors- The support of security-relevant processes and tools- Monitoring of all security relevant factors influencing the operational running of the facility and reporting of these to the appropriate local management and corporate functions**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- Controlling and monitoring the security service at the site
