Security MgmtSecurity Mgmt: Manages the administrative supervision of the security organization. Manages the activities of the team and is responsible for staffing decisions, training and development, and performance management of the staff. Provides protection for personnel and company property. May arrange for extra protection for key employees. Develops, implements and maintains security procedures to meet required codes and regulations. Analyzes loss control and accident reports. Prepares and maintains all required security manuals. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. For companies with government contracts, responsibilities include coordinating and administering security clearances and other security policies and procedures in accordance with the Department of Defense.
