**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the delivery center's physical security, including access controls, surveillance systems, alarm systems, and security personnel.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement within the delivery center's security infrastructure.
- Stay informed in physical security technology, such as intrusion detection systems, alarms, and biometrics, and recommend their implementation when appropriate.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and regulations related to physical security and compliance, particularly in the context of the US banking sector.
- Lead the development and execution of emergency response and crisis management plans, ensuring the safety and well-being of employees and assets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address security-related incidents, investigate breaches, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and external partners to stay current on security requirements and recommendations.
- Provide guidance, training, and education to employees on security protocols, emergency procedures, and compliance measures.
- Develop, document, and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Ensure that the delivery center remains compliant with relevant regulatory standards and internal security policies.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management detailing security status, incidents, and mitigation efforts.
- Ensure that the organization complies with these regulations and standards, such as SOC I & II, PCI, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO27001 or industry-specific requirements related to the delivery center.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to already stablished policies and procedures to validate the functionality, find weaknesses, and suggest improvements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (IIA, IMA, etc.)
or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in managing physical security and compliance within a corporate environment.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are an asset.
- In-depth knowledge of security technologies, access controls, surveillance systems, and alarm systems.
- Familiarity with US banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated experience with security incident management, risk assessment, and compliance initiatives.
- Knowledge of security technologies, access control systems, and CCTV surveillance is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey security concepts to non-technical staff.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying security risks.
- Relevant certifications in security management and compliance are advantageous.
