As a Security Project Manager, you´ll be the point between the client and Inter-Con to solve all their request as well as keep them updated about the security service.
In this position, you´ll oversee of providing proactive program management, and provide the specific information and status of the local guard force daily, ensuring we´re offering the best quality of service.
**Compensation**:
- _**Salary 47,839.82k gross monthly**_

**The major responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following duties**:
- Manage daily operational and administrative functions across security contracts.
- Keep the Deputy Project Manager apprised of contract performance by accurately communicating the status of compliance and identifying any deficiencies promptly.
- Support the Deputy Project Manager's operational decision-making process.
- Develop and implement project plans for key strategic initiatives designed to improve operations capabilities and responsiveness.
- Compile productivity and performance SLAs, KPIs, and dashboard reports to ensure metrics are captured and reported for executive-level consumption.
- Provide cost proposals for additional services, invoicing, and recruitment of staff.
- Ensure the highest standards of conduct, appearance, performance, and training are being always met.
- The manager is responsible to be available 24/7, in the event of an emergency.
**Required Skills/Abilities**:
- _**Bachelor's degree or 10 years of experience in police, military, security, or local guard force management experience with a minimum of 5 years of work experience at supervisory or command levels.

- Able to use a computer including all common office management tools (Microsoft Office)
- Experience with multiple levels of communication between various levels of management
- Experience managing security staff or local guard force management experience.
- Be an expert in all areas of physical security and access control.
- Must understand operational methods of all guard force units and zones for a response and maintain a professional demeanor under highly stressful circumstances.
- Be experienced in basic communications and radio use/procedures.
- Be able to maintain and manage communication between all parties.
- Provide risk management planning and perform qualitative risk analysis.
- Be able to define, sequence, and estimate activities and resources.
- Experience with acquiring, developing, and managing project teams.
Pay: $47,839.82 per month
