Reporting to the Sr. Director, Loss Prevention. The Security Manager involves:- What a typical day looks like:- Advise the Security Site Manager the Sr. Security Director of Mexico periodically of on-going risks and vulnerabilities and mitigating measures to safeguard Company operations in the city.- Identify, develop, implement and maintain security processes, practices and policies at sites to eliminate risks, respond to incidents, and limit exposure and liability in all areas of information, financial, physical, personal, and reputation risk.- Keep the GM informed of appropriate corporate security policies and general procedures authorized by the Sr. Security Director of Mexico operations- Ensure that implementation of security operations is in strict compliance with national laws and applicable local regulations as well as requirements of supply chain security programs such as CTPAT and OEA- Propose written guidelines to orient all personnel on basic security and safety measures and organize briefings and practice drills as appropriate.- Coordinate the functions of the site-security supervisors' (and team) to ensure outcomes meet security and safety objectives.- Establish and maintain cooperative partnership networks with the main external interlocutors (law enforcement, customs, among others) to reduce risks to security and maintain continuity of operations as well as internal peers to reach out the objectives- Provide timely risk assessments, reports of incidents, researched papers, briefs and alerts as well as fulfill the security dashboard in compliance with KPI´s of Country security organization and site- The experience we're looking to add to our team:- Bachelor in related field or equivalent work experience- Security Management, Security Program Management, Policy Manager, Operation Programs- Risk Management, Risk Tolerance, Preventive Measures- Investigative, HR, Coordinate Resources,- Emergency Response, Business Continuity, Anomaly Response- Intellectual Property- Fluent English- What you'll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.- CP68Job CategoryLegal**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
