**Your Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Clearly identify and describe customers' needs and opportunities anticipating market trends in each corn, sorghum and cotton markets (regions) and submarkets (commercial grain, feed, silage, summer, winter, others).
- Manage the overall portfolio strategy among brands and licensees to maximize market opportunities.
- Ensure availability of such products to enable financial targets and long-term strategy achievement, enabling forecast for the portfolio production planning (Demand Plan).
- Tracks position relative to competition, including identifying risks, opportunities and strategic actions.
- Drive product advancement and deployment processes for, based on clear criteria and KPIs as volume, GP/Net Sales, pricing, COGS, launch effectiveness and value capture.
- Lead the Deployment process of new hybrids building the business case for each one - around 5 new products per year.
- Ensure continuous improvement in corn, sorghum and cotton pipeline, by leading, challenging other areas and prioritizing pipeline projects - (new products, tools, processes and Stage Plan), aligned with the strategic needs and MWB targets.
- Lead portfolio review, by forecasting and defining life cycle transitions of package trait + germplasm in each brand and market.
- Lead the interaction with ISS (sorghum) steering interactions with Remington, Bayer U.S. and advocacy organizations, and lead the interaction with the US Cotton team to keep alignment with portfolio and new technologies launches.
- Sponsor of CPOT (Corn Pipeline Operations Team) to ensure pipeline governance, key initiatives implementation and optimize deployment.
- Oversee technical materials for internal and external stakeholders such as: technical data sheets, PTV (Technical Value Proposal), product features-advantages-benefits, integrated crop management.
- Assess and develop Knowledge Transfer initiatives for Bayer representatives and customers, including digital tools as Cultivio.
- Foster Positioning Tours to communicate integrated solution FAB's to Commercial Units.
- Connect NORLA with global corn & sorghum initiatives as PRECEON, native traits assessment, among others.
- Provide guidance and final verdict for mayor claims concerning crop performance.
**Who You Are**:
- Agricultural Engineer or related - MBA is desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge (Breeding or Agronomic Services background desirable)
- Demonstrated customer centricity.
- Ability to establish a strategic plan.
- Leading/influencing peers and Senior stakeholders at the global and country level on business decisions.
- Understanding of the interrelationships between financial goals, customer driven decisions and market specifics.
- Agribusiness seed and crop protection industry experience.
- 10+ Years experience.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
