We are looking for new employees for our plant in Pleven who want to be part of our growth.**Segment Leader [XY]**MX-YUC-Merida - MER0000PA**Responsabilities**:- Ensures on-time production- Ensure the achievement of daily, weekly and monthly goals as planned- Analysis of the previous day's production results (e.G. efficiency, quality, product waste, rejects, etc.) identify and introduce the necessary countermeasures (e.G. KOSU, KATA) and ensure scale-up- Ensures the optimization and continuous improvement of the production process within the area of responsibility- Ensure the development of the personnel in charge- Ensure the efficient use of resources, machinery and materials- Plan production capacity (equipment, staff) and schedules (including, for example, additional shifts) according to customer requirements- Ensure the implementation of the maintenance program- Adherence to the segment budget**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree completed, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, productivity and quality management.- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience and/or similar coordination position- English B2 Level- Excel Advanced Level- Knowledge of material flow- Ability to manage conflicts and solve problems- Analytical and Statistical skills- TPS basis (Lean Manufacturing)- Time and self-management**Next step?****LEONI "Mérida 1"
