Responsibilities as SEH Coordinator:
Develop and implement a specific work plan for the Business Unit (UEN), ensuring compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SH&E) standards, including restructuring roles and profiles of safety supervisors.Foster a safety culture throughout the staff involved in projects, including LP, SPI, and site residents.Standardize safety formats for implementation across all UEN projects, ensuring consistency and efficiency in SH&E practices.Train safety leads at each site to ensure environmental compliance and avoid penalties for non-compliance.Conduct monthly reviews and audits of the information repository to ensure regulatory compliance with relevant institutions (IMSS, REPSE, STPS, etc.).Ensure all site personnel have the necessary basic training in SH&E and other support departments.Conduct periodic audits at all stages of construction to identify and rectify potential risks and non-compliance.Oversee safety leaders across projects to ensure compliance with work plans and delivery of specialized training.Support Construction Management in Professional Development plans and career tracking for SH&E personnel.Appoint a lead as Coordinator of safety supervisors and leaders across projects to ensure process homogenization, staff training, and legal compliance in SH&E.Provide extracts of safety plan for activities, ensuring compliance with standards in contracts with subcontractors.Required Profile:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.Experience: Minimum of 10 years in similar positions, with indispensable experience in industrial safety focused on construction.Languages: English proficiency at 80%, necessary for communication with clients, presentation development, and meeting follow-ups.This position requires a highly trained professional with solid experience in industrial safety, capable of leading and coordinating SH&E activities efficiently in building and construction projects in Toluca, Mexico.
