**A Day In The Life**:
As a Sell Out Executive you must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative. Your responsibilities will be:
- Motivate and manage customers within a given geographic area for a specific brand/product portfolio.
- Achieve the sales targets and qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the Regional Sales Manager/headquarters.
- Identify the potential for commercial development of existing customers and develop their loyalty.
- Identify prospects within his/her industry and develop new business relationships.
- Organise the routing programme, manage administrative data and information.
- Help customers to develop their own business: sales, merchandising, technical assistance
- Help customers to develop their own business: coaching, training and team motivation.
- Develop market share (sell-out) in the sector.
- Conduct competitive intelligence on the points of sale.
- Control the quality of the provision of the sales event service and prepare a report.
- Visits customers to develop their business through brands' value propositions and cycle animations
**Who You Are**
- You have Between 2 and 5 years of experience
- In-depth knowledge of pharma/ beauty categories
- Experienced in sell in/sell out analysis & report
- Knowledge of travel retail dynamics/environment and competitors, markets trends and consumers
- Good Financial Sense and good understanding of industry
- Willing to learn, goal-oriented, able to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
