We are looking for an assistant to join our Ad Campaigns team. Experience not required, but a bonus.
The person we are looking for must have excellent English written and oral skills, as there will be a good amount of communication directly with clients as well as internal teams. Please submit your resume in English and include some examples of your work in copywriting, content creation, reports, etc. that demonstrate your written English proficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent English - written and spoken
- Ability to write creative, captivating, engaging ad campaign copy
- Computer-savvy and comfortable learning new software
- Experience with Google Workspace products - Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides
- A basic understanding of presenting data in charts and graphs
- High level of initiative to find ways to improve campaigns without being specifically asked
- Aggressive follow-up on pending items - both to clients and internal teams
- Strong analytical skills
- High level of organization
- BS/MS degree in Marketing or a quantitative? test-driven field strongly preferred
**Desired but not Required Skills & Experience: (if you have any of these, please explain)**:
- Experience and success managing PPC campaigns
- Experience with the Wordpress platform
- Google Ads certified in Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns
- Performance marketing, conversion, and lead generation
- Bid management tools (e.g.? Click Equations? Marin? Kenshoo? Search Ignite)
- Website analytics tools (e.g? Google Analytics? NetInsight? Omniture? WebTrends)
- Experience creating UTM tags for ad URLs
- Generating performance reports
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Knowledge of HTML? CSS? and JavaScript development and constraints
**Responsibilities**:
- Set up new client campaigns for Google, Bing, and Social Media Ads
- Optimize ad copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
- Continually expand and optimize paid keyword discovery
- Research and analyze competitor campaigns
- Make recommendations for campaign improvement resulting in ad budget increases
- Effectively manage campaign expenses by staying on budget, appropriately estimating monthly costs? and reconciling any discrepancies that may arise
- Achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics
- Track, report, and analyze PPC initiatives and campaigns
- Continually stay up-to-date on trends and best search engine marketing practices
