**Key Responsibilities **:- Account Management: Manage and nurture a portfolio of strategic accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for these customers.- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.- Customer Success: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations proactively, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.- Renewals and Contract Negotiation: Manage the renewal process for assigned accounts and oversee contract negotiations.- Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the COO and Co-Founder to develop and execute strategic account plans in alignment with company objectives.- Market and Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to position our SaaS product effectively.- Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records, activities, and forecasts.- Product Feedback and Development: Consistently provide feedback to the Product team to ensure continuous product improvement and deployment of new features based on client needs.**Requirements**:- Sales Skills: Proven track record in driving revenue growth through selling, closing, and managing sales cycles from Demo to Signature- Customer Focus: Demonstrated experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and proactively addressing customer inquiries and concerns.- Contract Negotiation: Experience with closing processes, contract negotiations, and understanding of customer usage patterns.- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.- Reporting and Forecasting: Excellent data analysis skills with an emphasis on maintaining accurate account records and forecasts.- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.- Fluency in Spanish, as well as professional-level proficiency in English, is essential for this role.- Working proficiency in Portuguese is beneficial but not mandatory.
