**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

The Sr Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day operation of different brand accounts for the Meals/Innovation/Portfolio/Multi-pack Team, including collaboration with internal team members and internal clients to develop world-class content development. You will lead the day-to-day client business management and supervise the execution of multiple account deliverables happening simultaneously. You must be able to build upon tactical ideas and think strategically about a brand or business and partner with the creative / art team.

**Your Impact**

As a **Sr Account Executive** **your responsibilities would consist of:

- Contribute to content development for PepsiCo Foods North America portfolio of brands.
- Maintain a high level of performance within the account team.
- Strategic thinker capable of leading the development of a brand's engagement strategy, annual plans and specific projects with multiple stakeholders including internal and external agency partners and clients.
- Being sufficiently informed and personally involved, ensuring sound planning, good service and a solid client/agency relationship.
- Keeping management informed of the status of his/her group's accounts, problems, plans and meetings, as well as involving Management personnel at key times.
- Ensures the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to assure goals are achieved.
- Provides account team leadership and conveys the specific requirements for multi-functional support to the appropriate functional regional management on a timely basis.
- Assigns duties, goals, and supervises all the deliverables are met.
- Executes duties and assignments as directed in compliance with corporate guidelines and objectives.
- Maintains open and complete communications of Client issues with functional leaders and corporate management.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in a directly related field (marketing, communication, advertising, etc.)

**Experience**
- At least 3 to 5 years of marketing professional experience in agency account management and/or experience in a closely related field.
- Experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments; Consumer Packaged Goods Experience **is a must for this role.**:

- Knowledge of Power-Point, Teams, Excel, Share-point and Project Management Tools is a must
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role or similar preferral
- ** ADVANCED ENGLISH ESSENTIAL** - must be able to carry out daily activities in English

**Skills**:

- Strong track record of demonstrating ability to oversee a range of accounts and projects with detail-oriented lens.
- Strong consumer empathy & customer-centricity.
- Demonstrated ability to place the consumer at the heart of everything while leading creative teams and managing agency product.
- Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules and work independently with little direction.
- Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making.
- Orchestrator, Influencer, non-hierarchical: Strong track record of developing and inspiring teams of marketing / creative professionals. Proven collaboration abilities, strategic thinking and leadership skills.
