The right candidate thrives on being part of a company that is fundamentally disrupting the language learning market. goFLUENT helps companies design a global language strategy that accelerates the process of learning language through its unique blend of AI-powered technology, unmatched content library, and human interaction.The ideal candidate will be a C2-level or native English speaker with a demonstrated history of selling HR or training solutions to large multinational enterprises. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in bringing life-changing language solutions to enterprises with large frontline, deskless and hourly populations.If you are ambitious, have experience selling B2B solutions, and want to have a meaningful impact while maximizing your earning potential, let's talk.What You'll Do:Report directly to our President and develop the USA market for frontline solutions by building your database, prospecting clients, identifying the decision makers, crafting value propositions, and leading your sales cycles.Qualify and understand your prospects' business-critical issues, challenge conventional approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization.Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions.Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from your key client accounts.Travel to customer sites within your territory to support your sales efforts.The Ideal Candidate:Experience selling solutions to executive decision makers in the USA.5+ years field B2B sales experience at the enterprise level generating new business/new logos.Demonstrated track record of managing and closing complex sales cycles involving CHRO, HR, Education Benefits within USA Fortune 200 companies.Existing network of contacts and experience in the frontline training/reskilling/upskilling market.Proven success of consistently selling 6- and 7-figure contract values.History of success as a top performer that consistently meets and/or exceeds quota.Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, growth-oriented, collaborative environment.Consultative approach to selling with superb presentation skills.B.S. degree or equivalent is preferred but demonstrated relevant experience and results are more highly valued.Some skill in a language other than English is a definite plus.Work from our office in Mexico City, but role can be remote provided you are within 1 hr of a major airport.What We Offer:Our culture is unlike anywhere else
