Our financial technology software empowers the growth of Mexican industry by enabling manufacturing, distribution, and wholesale companies to offer financing to their clients, increasing sales while eliminating the risk of offering credit. We are excited to receive your application and learn more about you! Client Identification: Identify potential clients aligned with Kontempo's short-term and long-term commercial strategy. Relationship Management: Engage with potential clients, emphasizing Kontempo's value proposition to various stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, and Commercial Directors. Strategy Development: Propose and execute ideas, plans, and initiatives to meet sales objectives within the assigned scope. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Prospecting: Oversee outbound and inbound prospecting processes, ensuring organizational goals are met. Sales Meetings: Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings, providing feedback from the prospecting area. KPI Setting and Tracking: Define goals and link them to KPIs to evaluate progress on programs and initiatives, monitoring the growth of our partnerships with commercial allies. Experience: Over 5 years of proven success in sales within financial services, information technology, or enterprise software, consistently surpassing quotas. Extensive experience selling technology services or SaaS to large enterprises and leading outbound sales teams. CRM Knowledge: Proficient in using CRM systems to optimize sales processes and performance tracking. Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities in both Spanish and English, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service. Problem-Solving & Innovation: Excellent analytical skills, capable of transforming insights into strategic initiatives. Creative thinker with an innovative approach to solving complex challenges. Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Product, Engineering, and Operations, to achieve organizational goals.
