Senior Accountant Analyst

We are looking for a motivated Accountant, with 3 years shown experience for the Senior Accountant Analyst role, in which you will ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.If you possess a high level attention at details, self oriented as you'll be responsible to complete external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.Prepare the MEXGAAP monthly closing and balance sheet integrations in accordance with CP&P.;To prepare our Financial Statements of the Legal books (MEXGAAP) and RNIE.Validate the timely payment of all payment obligations to suppliers, fiscal, municipal, state and federal,insurance and services.Review through NOETIX and Power BI the accurate records within the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchase Orders (PO), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cost (CST), i-Expenses.Deliver information for calculating local taxes (MEXGAAP) to our offices in Mexico City, filling out Annexes to the Tax Report, as well as tax accounting records and their integrations.Coordinate the delivery of timely monthly information for SAT information requirements regarding VAT refunds.Prepare analytical records and monthly key information from external KPMG and SAT audits, annual declaration, tax opinion and transfer pricing.Review electronic accounting based on with SAT viewers and monthly review requirements for suppliers and legal representatives.Provide updating of postings in the Delegation of Authority of the Shared Services Center to guarantee the accurate registration of transactions without a Purchase Order in the Plant.Review all accounting records of plant requisitions daily to guarantee adequate registration.Serve as an American Express administrator for all our users.Deliver manual billing processes (refunds, auctions, special charges) to the Plant with Shared Services.Shown experience 3 to 5 yearsProficient EnglishBachelor degree or equivalent experience accountantProficient officeMexican finance laws
