Our ultimate goal is to maximize ROI for customers across diverse industries by offering innovative, AI-driven security solutions that stand out in the marketplace.The senior accountant is responsible for a range of accounting and operational tasks that include inventory management, EFT entries, reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
The accountant also ensures proper tracking of sales tax for out-of-state purchases and coordinates billing—such as rentals, monitoring services, and client purchases—while handling mínimal payables.
In addition, this role is responsible for customer setup, W-9 submissions, and ensuring correct location tracking for leased units.
**Region/Location**: Cabo San Lucas, MX**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:Ø Inventory ManagementØ Customer Setup & W9 SubmissionsØ Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) EntryØ ReconciliationsØ Accounts ReceivableØ Sales Tax VerificationØ Accounts PayableØ Reporting and Analytics**Qualifications/Background Profile**:Ø Must be bilingual (English required)Ø Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Ø 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with exposure to cost accounting, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.Ø Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and/or other relevant accounting standards.Ø Proficiency in Quickbooks DesktopØ Experience preparing financial statementsØ Proven ability to handle sensitive information in compliance with all relevant regulations.
