Senior Accountant

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting and CPA, with at least five plus years of Accounting in charge experience (manufacturing industry is a plus).
- Excel skills required (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
- Experience using an ERP system.
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required in English.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- In charge of the month-end, quarter-end and year end closing processes according to the schedules set by corporate.
- Work with Accounts Payable and Receivable team to ensure proper coding, procedures and process are followed.
- Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
- Lead and manage a team of three accounting individual, objective setting, performance management, coaching/development and training.
- Preparation of all financial reports.
- Responsible for the monthly financial close, as well as maintenance of all accounting ledgers, including monthly review of all account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Responsible for the yearly budget compilation (sales, expenses, headcount, capital expenditures).
