The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing process efficiencies, supporting the SAP S/4 implementation for Record to Report (R2R), and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.In this role, you will:Support process improvement opportunities that improve the overall efficiency within your area.Provide support to the new SAP S/4 implementation for R2R.Perform monthly and quarterly accounting close activities.Ensure a proper control documentation based on the Risk Controls Matrix applicable to the team.Prepare and Review Balance Sheet account reconciliations.Provide timely external and internal audit support, as needed.Support special project work as required.What we look for:Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statements.Experience with SAP S/4 and R2R processes is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Good verbal and written English skills.Attention to detail resulting in consistently reliable, accurate and thorough work.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Work effectively in a team environment.SAP, HFM and Blackline experience preferred.Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.Workplace type:Hybrid - 3 days onsiteWe seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
