As such, it supervises all the functions related to the treasury, invoicing, banking relations, financial audits and also the general investment policy of the company.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESPromote the financial planning of the companyCarry out risk management by analyzing the liabilities and investments of the organizationDecide investment strategies taking into account liquidity and cash risksMonitor and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structureEnsuring that cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operationsSupervise all financial staff (controllers, treasurers, etc.)Manage relationships with suppliersPrepare reliable current and forecast reportsSet up and monitor the IT system of the company's finance departmentEnsure compliance with the law and company policiesManage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate local GAAP / IFRS standards and regulatory requirements.Lead month-end and year-end close process.Lead Local audits of Financial Statements on an annual and semi-annual basis.Monitor cash reconciliations to ensure proper accounting and financial reporting.Prepare financial statements and produce month-end financial reporting.Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow.Review accounting processes and provide suggestions to increase efficiency and simplify processes.Identify levers to optimize the company operations and KPI´s for financial and operational control.Build strong relationships with business leaders and finance managers.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSSkills:Outstanding analytical skillsSelf-motivated, with ability to lead and drive change initiatives, can-do attitudeGood organisational/time management skills, structural thinking.Ability to be hands on with high attention to detail but also not lose strategic standpoint.Willingness to work in a fast-growing company working environment and adapt to changes fast.Knowledge/Abilities:Experience in leading financial audits with Top Audit Firms.Solid knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.Strong understanding of economic and banking processes.Treasury knowledge on FX hedging.Solid knowledge of local tax compliance regulations and reporting.Previous experience in audit firms will be a plus.Excellent knowledge in Excel (mandatory).Ability to adapt to new assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
