Enphase is also one of the fastest growing and innovative clean energy companies in the world, with approximately 68 million products installed across more than 145 countries.We are building teams that are designing, developing, and manufacturing next-generation energy technologies and our work environment is fast-paced, fun, and full of exciting new projects.If you are passionate about advancing a more sustainable future, this is the perfect time to join Enphase!What you will be doingProcess month-end close accounting operations including preparing cash application, journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analysis and consolidation process for entities in LATAM region.Familiar with local GAAP compliance requirements and able to communicate in local language with relevant stakeholders would be a plus.Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Tax, IT, Legal, and Technical Accounting.Support and ensure implementation of financial controls and process and system solutions.Drive process improvements through automation, streamlining, and best practices to ensure an efficient close process.Partner on SOX implications and processes, modify/implement controls as appropriate, and conduct accounting process reviews with internal and external auditors.Support external audit and quarterly/annual financials by timely submission of PBC schedules and reporting packages and pro-active partnership with the audit team.Be a team player and be willing to take on ad-hoc requests.Who you are and what you bring:Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.5 years relevant or direct experience in operational accounting with experience in a publicly traded Fortune 500/multinational company preferred.Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Ability to work under pressure, meet targets and deadlines, and respond effectively to changing priorities.Proficiency in communicating in Spanish and ability to communicate in Portuguese is a plus.Strong oral and written communication skills with a cooperative, interdisciplinary approach.Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, and standard accounting processes and controls.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Working experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
