The GL – PTO & Benefits Accountant will also contribute to process improvements and other duties as assigned.ResponsibilitiesPrepare PTO accrual entries on a monthly basis based on the most recent payroll reports and timecards taken for PTO.Work cross-functionally with HR to ensure timely and accurate reporting of benefits related transactions and ensure the accounting team has the proper reports for monthly accruals and quarterly reporting.Collaborate with FP&A to ensure forecast/plan accurately match latest information regarding benefits.Prepare schedules and conduct analysis to support month over month fluctuations.Assist with providing support to external auditors.QualificationsHas developed knowledge of a body of technical, support or administrative policies and procedures, specifically pertaining to benefits and PTO accounting.Accomplished in implementing practical procedures or systems, which are moderately complex and require extended skill.Basic understanding of GAAP and Accounting Principles.Experience3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.EducationBachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.Please submit your resume in English.What do we offerChristmas BonusAdditional Holidays: Holy Thursday & Friday, Mother's Day, Day of the Dead, Virgin of Guadalupe.Food Voucher + Meal BonusGenerous Vacation ProgramMonthly Transportation Allowance / Payment of Teleworking ExpensesInsurance for major medical expensesBusiness Casual AttireGenerous Referral ProgramProfessional GrowthAll resumes are held in confidence.
