Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this individual is primarily focused on the reconciliations within the company's various systems, recording and categorizing financial transactions, and helping with cash management. We are looking for a strong individual who has a track record of success in contributing to increasing efficiencies and process improvement.**Requirements**:- Categorizing financial transactions- Reviewing, recording, and sending client invoices and reviewing, recording, and sending vendor payments- Completing payroll priorities- Monthly P&L review of assigned accounts and creation, posting of journal entries.- Make adjusting entries as needed, track activity in the closing workbook, and generate period-end financial statements.- Bank Reconciliation - prepare and complete the monthly bank reconciliation for store cash deposit and/or operating accounts.
