Job Description The Senior Accounts Payable Technician challenge in a few words The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all vendor invoices are accurately recorded and paid on time, as well as maintaining accurate records in the company's accounting system.
This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal clients.
Your contribution in this role Process vendor invoices and ensure accuracy of coding and data entry Review and reconcile vendor statements to ensure that all outstanding payments are accurate Process payments to suppliers Review, register and reimburse employee's expense reports Record and reconcile transactions paid by corporate credit cards Analyze and solve problems related to supplier invoices and purchase orders Answer vendor inquiries and resolve any payment discrepancies Assist with internal and external audits by providing supporting documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
Qualifications The ideal candidate in a few words • Diploma : University diploma or any other relevant education/experience mix.
• Experienced : 4 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Competent : Proficiency with Excel; Strong communicator; Proficiency with systems (ERP); Knowledge of Mexican and/or US sales taxes.
• Multilingual : Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
