Praecipio is hyper-focused on helping large enterprises scale software development teams and innovate across their global organizations by using world class collaboration tools and industry-leading best practices, ultimately driving irrefutable value for clients.**Overview****Responsibilities**- Primary responsibilities include collections and billing- Setup customer sales orders & change orders in ERP system in accordance with customer contracts- Establish appropriate revenue recognition for invoices- Create & submit weekly/monthly/quarterly customer invoices within ERP system- Maintain company collections portfolio and open communication with leadership team- Help resolve invoicing issues that arise due to specific billing requirements, project adjustments or system issues- Assist in month-end close as directed to ensure proper reconciliations of internal reporting to ensure proper revenue recognition & credit memos.- Assist with other accounting projects as assigned- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls- Liaise with our Financial Controller and Accounts Receivable Manager to improve financial procedures**Requirements**:- **Must have strong English written and verbal communication skills**:- Excellent organizing abilities- Great attention to detail- Proficient with numbers in an analytical acumen- Proven experience in a billing role 2+ years- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, within all levels of organization- Hands-on experience with accounting software packages,** NetSuite required (specifically with T&M)**:- Advanced MS Excel skills- Experience with accounting related to professional services- BS degree in Business Administration or relevant experience**_Please submit resume in English._****Benefits**- Health Care Plan- Paid Time Off (Vacation, Volunteer, Floating, Sick & Public Holidays)- Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)- Training & Development- Work From Home- Wellness Resources including Annual Wellness, Asset and/or Green initiatives Taxable Stipend.- Investment in Professional Development- Employee referral program
