Maintain high standard of safe working practices, quality and productivity as well as compliance with the code of business conducts**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**- Provide necessary administrative assistance to Security staff, Expats and Visitors.- Provide support to the Security Manager.- Preparation and follow up of expense reports.- Preparation and follow up of purchase requisitions (SPMAT).- Report and follow up maintenance/housekeeping/repairs issues in the Security building.- Support to special events/visitors planning & coordination.- Management of diaries.- Making meetings and appointment arrangements on behalf of Security Team members.- Organization of and support to meetings (take notes, develop minutes of meeting).- Maintenance of appropriate filling/records.- Text processing of routine and confidential documentation.- Copy and transmit information as necessary.- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.- Assist with IT requests, follows up and filing- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook).- Generate reports, plans, procedures and any other documents as required.- Office & coffee supplies request/administration/distribution- Documents translation (English/Spanish- Spanish/English).- Interpreter (English/Spanish) in meetings, phone conferences, as support for the Security team members.- Follow up on and complete day to day office matters, issues, requests.- Communicate and liaise with staff in other Departments or McDermott business sites as necessary- Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate- Assume any other job responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Security department or company as andwhen necessary
