This position will be responsible performing several administrative duties including, but not limited to, coordinating schedules, meetings, travel, expenses, etc. The Senior Administrative Assistant will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, exercise mature and professional judgment, and have outstanding time management skills.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Manage and maintain multiple calendars, including recurring meetings, prioritizing appropriately, and using good judgment in offering solutions to complex scheduling and meeting planning needs.
- Operate with exceptional attention to detail. Anticipate potential changes or shifts in priorities amidst simultaneous demands for attention.
- Carrying out other duties as necessary, which may include tasks such as taking meeting notes, organizing catering, doing research, and making phone calls.
- Responsible for booking travel, managing logistics around travel, and creating expense reports - including approving expense reports in Concur
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Periodically organize company events as well as onsite conferences.
- Prepare reports and/or special projects, which may include data collection, coordination, final copy preparation, distribution, etc.
Calificaciones:
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative role (preferably supporting senior leaders in a high growth, dynamic environment)
- Strong-Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Highly organized and strong command for both the fine details and the big picture, keeping priorities in constant shuffle
- Must have the ability to incorporate creative approaches to various projects by taking initiative and working independently
- Must operate well in a team environment as well as perform job duties with little supervision
- Ability to maintain a flexible working attitude, while performing job duties in stressful situations and/or handling complex communication
- Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies in an ethical manner
- Must be able to professionally handle sensitive information and maintain complete confidentiality
- Excellent understanding of English, both written and verbal required. Spanish experience a plus
- Must be a creative, high energy, hands on professional who can successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment
