Senior Advanced Quality Engineer

Experience at least 2 years as AQE / QE / APQP Engineer- Experience in Launch / New Product Development- Experience with Toyota and/or Tesla- Knowledge of Core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA IATF & VDA, MSA, SPC)- Experience in development of Control Plans- Knowledge and practice of Problem Solving methodology (8D desirable)- Fluent in business English, oral and written- Travel availability (Visa and Passport)- Facilitate and assure development of Control Plans. These shall be based on customer requirements, Characteristic Matrix and FMEAs.- Ensure preparation and on-time delivery of new product Launch related Customer Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) packages.- Support DV/PV builds and verify that parts meet dimensional and functional requirements.- Ensure the appropriate inspection plans and containment plans are developed for Launch.
