**General Description of the Role**
This role will lead the E2E Agave Planning Operation through developing, supervising, and executing initiatives which include: Master Planning, Short & Long term requirement planning, inbound Agave management to Distilleries, and Agave & Liquid inventory tracking. Leads the team responsible for the flow of Agave into the manufacturing operations, sets the annual sourcing plan, lead the productivity projects to deliver, and follows up on calendarized Agave & Liquid Sourcing/Monitoring activities. Looks into Agave Joint Venture farming plan adherence from an agricultural monitoring perspective. Acts as the control tower of the E2E agave & liquid sourcing operation.
**Mission/Objectives**
- Responsible for 10 yr Agave forecast, E2E sourcing activities master planning & monitoring agriculture operations full year plan.
- Responsible for short-term requirements, inbound to distilleries, and mid/long-term agave requirement planning per sourcing channel mix.
- Global Category scenario planning and variation analysis leader, proactively implements effective countermeasures for all plan opportunities and risks.
**Key Responsibilities and Activities**
- Responsible for short-term and mid/long-term agave supply planning, +€95m spend with +10% growth YoY.
- Implements governance to track adherence to the agave sourcing master plan.
- Responsible for monthly cost agave targets align with Global Procurement Objectives.
- Colaborates with Agri Manager and sets the plan for Jima's Execution.
- Ensure all required documentation is maintained per CRT regulations.
- Staff, develop, and evaluate all teamwork performances.
- Responsible to implement E2E Agave Management System in line with Global Best Practices from CoE Procurement.
- Leads daily/monthly/quarterly Agave Business Governance.
- Support for the Implementation of operational metrics & controls.

**Experience Required**
- Ten years of experience as a project manager in operational transformation projects
- Supply Planning
- Planning, analysis, and reporting
- Agriculture Business Management is a plus.
**Education / Professional Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Engineering or a similar field preferred
- MBA preferred.
