:) We are looking for a Senior Agile Coach in Ciudad de Mexico, Mexico Must haves Coach teams and people on Agile practices and principles, with a strong focus on Scrum.
Deep knowledge of Agile principles and the Scrum framework; Hands-on Project Management/Scrum Master experience (3-6 years) working with developers, product managers, and engineering teams including leadership; Facilitates and implements best practices for Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily standups, retrospectives, reviews) to ensure smooth project execution; Assess team and organizational Scrum maturity and develop a coaching plan for continuous improvement; Foster a collaborative and safe environment where open communication and problem-solving are encouraged; Guide teams towards self-organization and empower them to overcome roadblocks; Partner with product managers and engineering leadership to ensure alignment between business goals and development efforts; Champion transparency and information flow within the team and across the organization; Support backlog refinement and prioritization to optimize product delivery; Provide servant leadership, leading by example and supporting team members in their growth; Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills; Ability to build trust, manage conflict, and drive effective decision-making; Advanced/Upper-Intermediate English.
Nice to haves Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or other relevant Agile/Project Management certifications; Experience as a Business Analyst and/or QA Tester; Development experience and an engineering background; People management experience with a focus on mentoring technical teams.
