You'll also serve as a facilitator, communicator, and leader, fostering collaboration, efficiency and effective project execution. An Agile Project Manager plays a crucial role in guiding the team, managing stakeholder expectations and driving the project toward its objectives.Responsibilities:Report to the Engagement Manager, the Agile Project Managers will take responsibility for software delivery, support, or maintenance projects, establishing, monitoring, and controlling progress checkpoints or service level agreements.Ensure that assigned resources (staff, equipment, services, funds, time) are properly utilized and accounted for and up-to-date usage of information is maintained.Establish the project's scope and take full responsibility for the staff's clear briefing and direction using Agile methodologies.Plan the work with a team or project group within an Agile framework using appropriate planning tools, producing plans to the standards required.Ensure the Agile disciplines are correctly followed and educate members of the team and the client who do not have the relevant experience.Monitor progress, producing reports on progress against plan according to standards, acting within the authority to maintain progress whilst recognizing areas requiring decision-making concerning budget, schedules, resources, working methods, staff matters, and technical difficulties.Demonstrate leadership skills in team building, and staff motivation and assist with staff assessment, development, and mentoring.Qualifications+5 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager in the IT industry.PMP, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Six Sigma, etc. – Agile and Waterfall methods are a requirement; PMP cert is nice to have.Experience in mentoring team members that have no previous agile experience.Knowledge of how to introduce Agile methodologies into new environments.Ability to enforce Scrum and other Agile principles and to explain the benefits to team members
