Transforming Information into IntelligenceMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence.This role is part of our IP Development Group targeting critical and standard circuits common to all DRAM related memory products.As an Analog Designer at Micron's Mexico Design Center, you will work on developing, designing, optimizing, and verifying block-level circuits for all DRAM related projects.Using analog and digital CMOS design skills, you will work on various circuits, including I/Os, voltage regulators, generators, amplifiers, oscillators, pumps, translators, repair-related circuits, DLL, and standard control logic.You will work closely with various design teams in the US, Japan, India, and other countries, leveraging vast resources available throughout Micron's global sites.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and design analog and mixed signal circuits for DRAM related memory productsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to verify silicon performance vs simulation performanceProvide layout supervision and optimize layout throughout post-layout simulationsCommunicate complex technical concepts to design peers both verbally and writtenQualificationsSuccessful candidates will have:Analog IC design experience, including regulator, charge pump, oscillator, current reference, bandgap, and comparator designPast circuit debug experience through Product Engineering or equivalentExperience in the memory industry, either flash or dramProficiency in UNIX and CADENCE design environment (Simulation, Schematic entry, SPF extraction)Experience with circuit verification and optimization, including layout verification and parasitic extractions
