As a key member of the IP Development Group, you will be responsible for the development, design, optimization, and verification of block-level circuits for all DRAM-related memory products.Responsibilities include:Designing and developing analog and mixed signal circuits for DRAM productsCollaborating with Product Engineering to verify silicon performance vs. simulation performanceWorking with Process integration and transistor modeling personnel to design circuits for Micron's next leading-edge process nodeProviding layout supervision and optimizing layout through post-layout simulationsRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will have:Experience in analog IC design, including regulator, charge pump, oscillator, and current reference designPast circuit debug experience through Product Engineering or equivalentExperience in the memory industry, preferably in flash or DRAMProficiency in UNIX and CADENCE design environmentStrong communication skills to convey complex technical conceptsEducationMSEE + 5 or BSEE + 10 years' postgraduate mixmode or analog circuit design experience. 15+ years' experience is preferred. New graduates are also welcome.
