Mantiene registros e informes contables y financieros, los estados financieros, removed los informes reglamentarios y de gestión.Resumen del rolThe Free Cash Flow (FCF) Senior Analyst role supports the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager with the forecasting of the FCF generation, Working Capital Balances and Days by gathering financial information from multiple departments and owners within the Company, aligning key variables and assumptions, analyzing and linking the financial results with the business operation.Tus responsabilidades incluiránFree Cash Flow (FCF) calculation, monitoring, analysis and forecast (Year Forecast, Quarter Forecast, Month Forecast, Actual Reports).Responsible for the preparation of reports to the Corporate team and presentations to Sr Leaders.Working Capital calculation and management: monitoring AR, AP and Inventory Days and Balance analysis.Development of FCF training for those who provide, direct or indirect, financial information utilized for the FCF forecast to promote knowledge of the concept and the importance for the business.Improve internal processes and communication with other areas focused on continuous improvement in the predictability of Free Cash Flow.Coordinate all the different areas to provide, in a timely manner, the information required with high accuracy and with the adequate level of support.Review and analyze all the information gathered to identify any potential error, assumptions misalignments or unconsidered variables to generate the most accurate version with the most recent and available information.Build and present the numbers and the analysis to Management.Report the figures and the results in the corporate templates.Ensure that the FCF forecasting model process works properly and generates adequate financial results with the information needed.Design and execute processes to optimize and improve the FCF management.Requerimientos mínimosEducation - Complete education in accounting, administration, economics or related sciences;Language skills - Spanish & English fluencyMinimum Technical knowledge - High knowledge in accounting, financial analysis and business performanceExperience with Manufacturing companiesAdvanced knowledge of Excel and SAP;Expertise in process control, management and improvement Previous 5 year experience in a position in financeHabilidades y experiencia deseablexcellent interpersonal communicationData analytics capacity with important volume of data High capacity in time management and accomplish due dates Ability to work with teammates in Finance and any other area in the companyAbility in prioritizing Proactive to resolve problems and generate solutionsOpen mind to design and create new processes and manage new informationConectate con nosotros y conoce mas a Whirlpool Corporation.Conoce mas de nosotros por medio de nuestro sitio web Whirlpool Careers.
