As a Senior Analyst, Disaster Recovery, you will ensure that our operations comply with legal regulatory standards, procedures, and policies. Your duties will include documenting and evaluating compliance activities, delivering employee training on compliance matters, handling complaints, and liaising with government agencies. To be successful as a Compliance Specialist, you should be able to identify compliance issues and recommend solutions. You should also have strong analytical thinking skills and be able to maintain meticulous records of complaints and compliance activities.

**What you'll be doing**
- Consulting with the legal department and advising leadership and management on compliance matters.
- Developing and providing employee training on compliance policies, practices, and reporting systems.
- Identifying, investigating, and reporting compliance issues, irregularities, and violations.
- Tracking and responding to complaints.
- Maintaining records of compliance activities.
- Communicating with government agencies.
- Preparing and filing compliance reports.
**What you'll bring**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance or related field required.
- Overall experience required: 3-6 years Infrastructure Architecture and/or Application Architecture
- Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP) preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of compliance.
- Knowledge of laws, legal codes, procedures, and other relevant regulatory standards.
- Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize and organize work
- Must be a self-motivator and team player
- Passionate about continuous learning and keeping up with latest technologies
- Must be willing to work on a distributed team (Proposed Shift Timing: 1 PM to 10 PM)
- Operational support, systems management and administration experience with Cisco Call Manager and I3 Call Center background desired
- Proficiency in MS Office.
