Is the owner of all the documents and standards that support the qualification and validation of any supplier or manufacturing site that is producing our materials, intermediate and finished products. Enables the organizations, both internal and external, to drive business outstanding results through breakthrough solutions on materials and manufacturing processes. Supports EXO multifunctional teams to qualify new products and maintain already qualified processes to deliver cost & cash efficient products with sustainable results and high-quality standards.Bulk making and packaging technologies to be managed are shampoo, conditioner, hair treatments (oils, sprays, aerosols, among others) and hair dyes for LATAM TPMs.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Partnering with R&D and Initiatives Global and Locals teams to design the Technical Learning Plan (Disaster check, EO, PQ, Ramp-Up, Validation) for the Innovation and Technical projects on LATAM TPMs.- Leading and executing the Technical Readiness on each project managed in LATAM TPMs.- Documenting the technical learning plan trials and qualifications.- Supporting SC, QA, and procurement teams to deliver service targets through materials alternatives identification and/or processes improvements.- Worling with R&D Global Team to design, implement and maintain the standards processes and systems for the factories and EXO Team.- Identifying efficiencies opportunities on incumbent factories to drive cost, cash, and sustainability improvements.- Influencing the factories to find and implement efficiencies projects related to materials, making and packing processes.**QUALIFICATIONS**Essential:- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Area (Industrial Chemistry, Mechanical, Product Development).- 2 years of experience on Professional Beauty or Pharmaceutical business in areas related to bulk making, packaging development and/or packing processes
