You will be providing relevant insights on industry developments and internal performance, as well as support in design and coordination of strategic projects. You build deep relationships at all levels of the organization and influence key stakeholders to quickly solve ambiguous problems with no clear ownership.Your responsibilities will include:Conduct market data analysis to derive insights on industry developments and identify key battlegrounds for the Region.:Business Intelligence:Support the LARN leadership team with analysis and insightsbased on internal and external data sources. Create/maintain dashboards that help teams review key business metrics and OKRs to uncover insights.:Attend and/or triage urgent requests that fall to the regional management team:Support the strategic planning governance and process for the leadership team to ensure that we are on track to achieve our goals.:This includes coordinating strategy summits as well as creating the tools that teams will use to measure progress against the strategy and goals.:Support decision making at the highest levels of the organization through the establishment of governance processes and KPIs to facilitate updates to the President and the Senior Leadership of the Region.:Help coordinate the region's management system to ensure the execution of the region's strategic priorities
