About the role:Partnering Country Managers, Sales Teams, and Marketing Teams within the cluster to drive Net Sales and Product Contribution growth and Improve Net Pricing by collaborating on Joint Business Plans.Accurately forecast and deliver on growth objectives – support Sales Team in SOP.Provide ROI analysis on trade spend, establish conditionality of customer terms and develop customer profitability analysis. Analyze and optimize Promotional spend, working with Customer Marketing and the Sales Teams.Drive simplification initiatives and best practices with necessary internal controls.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide Strategic Business Cases Financial Simulation and Analysis.Prepare and manage Price Promotion ROI Analysis.Optimize Trade Spending and Customer/Country Mix – Analyze trade spending plans with Sales team to maximize Delivered Profit Margin, Net Pricing and reduce Gross to Net. Provide P&L simulation for business decision, highlighting Risk & Opportunities.Reconcile trade spending at month-end closing and ensure accuracy of trade spend & proper accrual.Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or its equivalent.Strong Computer skills, Microsoft Office, SAP, BPC, BW.Fluent in English (both written & verbal).Strong accounting and financial skills.Experience managing Profit & Loss.Experience in financial planning and/or financial analysis.Excel advanced.Knowledge of Power BI (will be a plus).Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:Responsible and Committed.Willingness to go the "extra mile" to learn and adapt fast.Good communication skills and demonstrate ability to influence across the organization.Job Requirements:Percentage of travel time expected, where the travel occurs, whether the travel is overnight.Full-Time position.Overtime required during Peak Reporting period (i.E.
