Sr. Analyst, Global Strategy, Texture Solutions Food**LOCATION**: Mexico**REPORTS TO**: Director,Global Strategy,Competitive& GTM Intelligence,Texture Solutions Food**DIRECT REPORTS**: N/A**GRADE**: F**WORKPLACE TYPE**: HybridThe Senior Analyst- Global Strategy- Texture Solutions Food will help drive key projects that shape and support the overarching strategy for Global Texture Solution with input from key stakeholders, including collecting and analyzing competitive and GTM intelligence to derive actionable insights.As part of a global team, this role contributes to the realization of Ingredion Winning Aspiration to be the customer-preferred texturizing and healthful solutions supplier and thought leader through our broad portfolio, extensive customer insight and market-leading cost-in-use position that addresses consumer expectations spanning affordability, premiumization and/or clean label requirements.**Core Responsibilities**:Contribute to key strategic projects within texture solutions, from definition to execution, with input from the various Global Product Leaders and other stakeholders from the Global Texture Solutions team.Contribute to development of the annual Strategic Plan for Global Texture Solutions, in collaboration with the Product Leaders, Finance and Corporate Strategy,Drive process for M&A and strategic alliance scouting opportunities in the US/CA. Organize process and information/insights and support key tasks leading to valuation of an opportunity (e.G., evaluation of synergies) in collaboration with Corporate Strategy, M&A team, and other internal business stakeholders.Support global process/systems for quantitative (e.G., shares, capacity, cost curves) & qualitative (e.G., war rooms) competitive intelligence using inputs from stakeholders around the world, insights, market reports, imports etc. Synthesize and share key insights with the organization.Support global process/systems for customer intelligence (e.G., share of wallet & opportunities analysis) on starches and hydrocolloids.Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering or equivalent, or Business Degree. MBA preferred.English fluency, both written and spoken2-3 years' experience ideally in the food industry.Strong Financial, analytical, data visualization, and communications skills required.Working knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI.
