TECA & Sport (Depuy Synthes), a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a **Senior Analyst, Supply Network Planning **, to be located in Juarez, Mexico.
As a part of the Sport Global Supply Chain Planning Department, Senior Supply Network Planning Analyst will provide end to end support for network planning and inventory optimization in distribution from Primary to Market Hub. You will be responsible to develop systems to improve site efficiency utilizing all available resources to support production while meeting customer requirements and inventory targets. This is a is a key global, cross-functional role in driving Sport business unit performance to a higher level. Supports design and drives improvements in supply planning maturity in the organization, including financial integration, inventory management and scenario planning, by aligning stakeholders and enabling technology.
**Key Role Responsibilities**:
- Lead supply planning processes within the business unit. This includes developing and monitoring demand, supply and executive reviews to achieve best in class process,
- Identify gaps between current plans and commercial commitments, derive possible gap closing initiatives and highlight the risks and opportunities,
- Support business/ scenario planning (12-24 month horizon), inventory, impact of NPIs (bridge with Demand & Production Planning),
- Partner with manufacturing and production planning team to drive volume and mix requirements,
- Analyze and proactively manage inventory levels to meet business plans and ensure defined service levels
- Support preparation of master schedule and ensure timely completion of work orders for manufacturing
- Provides guidance on any activity that affects capacity required to achieve the short-term production
- Provide weekly and daily production prioritization
- Ensures systems data integrity and accuracy of signals.
**Qualifications**:
**EDUCATION**:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
- An advanced degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, and Engineering is preferred.
- Certified in production and inventory management (CPIM) or certified in supply chain planning (CSCP) is desirable.
- High proficiency with Microsoft software packages (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Process excellence (Lean, 6sigma), project management an asset
**Required Skills**:
- A minimum of six (6) years of proven experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain and/or Logistics is required,
- Demand, Supply or Inventory Planning experience is required.
- Proven process experience in demand & supply, inventory management & inventory entitlement, scenario analysis, S&OP/IBP process is required.
**Preferred Skills**
- Strong analytical skill sets in MS Office (Excel modeling, VBA, Macros) is preferred.
- Experience with SAP (ERP/APO) is preferred.
- Strong organization skills and an aptitude for planning
