Join our global Analytics Consulting team and drive data-driven solutions across LATAM, the US, and India.**Requirements**:- 5+ years of experience in Analytics or Business Consulting.- Advanced English proficiency.- Expertise in SQL and Python is a must.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.- Proven ability to craft and deliver insights through compelling presentations.- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.- A detail-oriented, self-motivated team player with a "can-do" attitude.- Experience in multi-country environments with regular client engagement.**Nice to Have**- Familiarity with automation processes and advanced statistical modeling techniques.- Experience with innovative data visualization tools or methods.- Strategic thinking and the ability to connect data insights to business strategies.**Responsibilities**- Design and deliver advanced analytical solutions to solve complex business problems.- Conduct statistical analyses, including cohort studies and event impact assessments.- Translate business challenges into actionable insights and present them effectively.- Manage large datasets, optimize data models, and ensure efficient data retrieval.- Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.- Drive process improvements and explore new tools and techniques to enhance capabilities.Pay: $60,660.59 - $121,321.19 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in 67327, Pedregal de Santiago, N.
