Understand what is working and what needs improvement.- Define deliverable content and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from business and digital leadership- Ensure alignment with other Digital project teams to standardize and leverage common functionalities across Carrier- Influence the enterprise by leading with an agile culture and serve as a servant leader- Lead the identification and prioritization of capabilities resulting from the process work. Ensures the connection between the capabilities and the enterprise value streams- Partner with the shared services team to build robust and resilient integrations- Create strategies for growing our Data & Integration program in terms of revenue growth, product/portfolio penetration, customer satisfaction (e.G., NPS) and overall profitability- Enforce Organizational standards for enhanced cross domain governance- Develop and present quarterly roadmap presentations**Experience**:- 5+ years of experience in leading, delivering, and program/project mgmt
