**Qualifications**
Live or be able to move to Tijuana, B. C.
Desirable minimum 2 years of experience in Asset Management of PV projects.
**Bilingual English-Spanish (Advanced English both written and verbal skills required)**

Solid analytical skills.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Experience working with external partners.
Ability with a hands-on approach to assigned tasks.
Working knowledge of budgeting, business development, and strategic planning.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and various other programs.
Highest ethical standards.
Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tijuana, B.C.
: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Asset management: 2 years (preferred)
- Quality Control: 2 years (preferred)
- Financial services: 2 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
