The Role The Senior Asset & Operations Manager will play a critical role in our company, overseeing the performance and owner satisfaction of hotels in their designated portfolio. This individual will oversee a range of properties in Mexico, and diligently collaborate with GMs to optimize operations, whilst ensuring owner satisfaction. Responsibilities Monitor the operations and performance of the portfolio of assets you are responsible for Develop Annual Plans and Forecasts with the Revenue Management & Marketing Teams Strategically analyze financials and develop recommendations to enhance asset performance Prepare & deliver written commentary on financial performance Be the sole point of contact within Life House for the owner of the assets you oversee Build and manage owner relationships through timely reporting and thoughtful progress updates Understand the systems & technology used on-property and at corporate Train GMs to understand all systems & processes used on property Support the on-property team as needed, this may incl. supporting on-site for an extended period Support the transition and opening of hotels under Life House management on-site & remote Who We Are Looking For Must have Mexico Operations Experience (remote work from home with some travel days to properties) 10+ years of hotel operations experience & fluent in Spanish 10-15+ years of working experience, incl. leadership experience Experience in F&B highly preferred Strong financial acumen, with extensive modeling / analytical experience Strong communication skills (both written and oral) Self motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized and results driven professional Desire to serve in a client-facing role, combined with ability to manage people and expectations in a fast-paced environment Entrepreneurial spirit with an interest in strategic problem solving and driving change Ability to handle multiple priorities through strong time management Compensation & Benefits Eligible for incentive compensation based on performance Excellent benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Enrollment in 401K Unlimited paid time off Wellness reimbursement program (fitness classes, spa, etc.) Fully compensated business travel benefits Discounts to hotels in the Life House network across North America An environment that encourages initiative, leadership and fast growth Working with highly talented people who are extremely passionate about their craft
