The consumer growth marketing team at DoorDash is growing rapidly and it is expected this person will be a leader on the team, help develop our marketing approach, and grow their career as the team expands.About the RoleWe're looking for a talented and driven Associate Manager with strong operational experience in paid search and app campaigns to run a world-class acquisition program in our Consumer Growth team. This role will offer you the opportunity to have an immediate impact by managing the performance of our main media channels in the U.S., Canada, Australia and New Zealand. You'll be managing a world-class acquisition program with support from our U.S. based team, solving complex problems, and making strategic recommendations to drive consumer growth. In this role you will get the opportunity to be among the first marketing hires of our local CDMX office and will be able to work with our partners, like Google and Apple, to test and implement new marketing technologies.You will report directly to our local Manager, Consumer Performance Marketing.You're excited about this opportunity because you will…Be a part of our first DoorDash team in our Mexico City office!Manage multi-million dollar monthly digital budgets across digital paid marketing channels, working with partners such as Google and TikTok to optimize campaign performance and test new products.Learn to operate a world-class acquisition program that brings in millions of orders to DoorDash, making it the top food delivery and logistics platform in the U.S., working with our U.S. based Performance Marketing team and vendors, such as Google, Facebook, TikTok and Apple.Maintain and monitor key metrics across channels including budget pacing, cost per acquisition and LTV proxies.Manage an experimentation roadmap to optimize performance including A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and bidding algo tests.Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure goals are met.We're excited about you because…You are proficient in the English language.You have a proven track record in the performance marketing space, with 4+ years of experience.Direct, hands-on experience managing media buying, optimization (Paid Social, Paid Search, App Search), and strategic planning either at an agency or in-house.You are highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and have deep familiarity with metrics such as CPA, CPC, CVR, and LTV.Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills; must be very comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make decisions and conduct experiments.Experience with Web & App Tracking/Attribution (preferred).Knowledge of SQL (preferred).Experience working on multi-sided marketplace businesses (preferred).#J-18808-Ljbffr
