Senior Associate, Office Administration - Mx

**Essential Functions**Ensure the supply of goods and services to the different areas ans projects in a timely manner, inventory management and control, controlling the proper use of them, also has the function of ensuring the proper maintenance, safety ans operation of Evo Mexico facilities.
Receive maintenance or service requests and follow up.
Daily supervise cleaning, maintenance, transportation and dining providers as well as jobs generated by property management.. Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Coordinate security services, access and parking.
**Required Experience**10 years in in general and administrative services with staff in charge.
Medium level of supervision.
