Aleph Integrated is currently working with a CPA firm specializing in external audits for US companies, with a focus on retirement and employee benefits. We pride ourselves on a dynamic, virtual work environment with a global team. As we expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Auditor to supervise and lead our audit team, ensuring effective communication with clients and overseeing the entire audit process.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate directly with clients in the United States, leading virtual calls and meetings.
- Supervise and lead a diverse audit team, including staff and seniors reporting to managers, and senior managers.
- Oversee the audit process for retirement and employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Adapt to the quicker pace and shorter timeframes of audits, managing multiple smaller projects.
- Ensure effective communication within the global team, particularly with team members in the Philippines.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients with clarity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive audit coverage.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members for professional growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in external audit.
- Proven experience in effectively leading and supervising audit teams.
- Strong English communication skills for virtual interactions with clients and the global team.
- Adaptability to a faster-paced, shorter timeframe audit process.
- Knowledge of retirement and employee benefits audit regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Benefits**:

- 32,000 to 35,000 MXN p/month.
- Benefits upon the Mexican law (Mexican contract, full-time).
- Schedule Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Remote work.
