Job description Infosys is seeking a Test Lead – Healthcare Claims, Member, Plan with automationAs a Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems.
You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes.
You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.5+ years of Information Technology experienceGood knowledge on Healthcare, Claims, Member and EDI compliance skills.4 years of experience in Claims, Member ,Plan setup and Provider systems 3+ years of hands-on experience on BDD, selenium or any No code low code automation tools Experience in creating Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test scenarios and Test casesKnowledge and experience with Agile lifecycleAbility to communicate in English with business and client stake holders.
Preferred Qualifications:4 years of experience in test execution & reporting, testing lifecycle processes and test tools like GitHub, Rally, HP ALM, JIRA etc.Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.Should have experience in Agile and DevOps methodology.Excellent Client Interfacing skillsGood Analytical and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
