You will report into the Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting and work remotely out of Mexico.You're excited about this opportunity because you will…Facilitate process and validation of requested billing adjustmentsAssist the collections team for account reconciliationPerform monthly close responsibilities for billing, including monthly reconciliationsPrepare and maintain various reports related to invoicing and accounts receivableCollaborate with cross functional teams to research and resolve AR-related issuesKey player in continuous assessment of current policies and procedures for improvement and alignment with new company initiativesAssist in customer onboarding including account setup, vendor forms, and managing third party systemsWe're excited about you because…You have 4-5+ years of AR/Billing experience in a similar high-growth environmentBachelor's Degree in Accounting or related fieldExperience managing high volumes of multiple billing types including usage-based and revenue deferralsVery strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large amounts of dataFamiliarity with G-SuiteFamiliarity with Salesforce and ERP systems such as NetsuiteAbility and aptitude for learning new concepts, programs, and software on the jobPublic company experience desirable#J-18808-Ljbffr
