About the PositionWe are seeking a meticulous and experienced Senior Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our dynamic team in a 40-hour/week contract position, starting July 17. ResponsibilitiesCategorize all transactions in QuickBooks.Correctly balance the balance sheet in QuickBooks.Categorize and reconcile revenue by sorting information from LawPay, Invoiced, Filevine, internal tracking, and QuickBooks.Accurately track and differentiate between our three businesses.Make payments to vendors and manage accounts payable.Conduct monthly audits of all expenses and revenue.Ensure accuracy of data from Invoiced and QuickBooks into PowerBI and Domo.Report cash flow forecasts weekly.Assist with managing our IOLTA account. QualificationsBachelor's degree in bookkeeping, accounting, or other financial degree.3+ years of proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and forecasting.Candidates must have stayed in previous positions for more than one year.Complete fluency in English and Spanish.Proficient in QuickBooks; proficiency in PowerBI and Domo preferred.Strong attention to detail, methodical, and able to manage multiple projects.Ability to work well with others in a collaborative, remote environment.
